Once the criminal pedophile Frank Houston escaped the heat and the chasers in New Zealand he settled in to a different lifestyle in Darlinghurst Sydney.

He chose Christian ministry as a foil, disguise and cover to maintain a pedophile lifestyle, have an outwardly good and godly reputation, and have ready access to heaps of unsuspecting Christian families and their little children.

Every family has its defences to predators. Acting as a Christian pastor, the evil criminal pedophile Frank Houston was able to breach these defences and gain total trust. Nobody would have suspected an evil pedophile was in their midst.

Raymond Frolander, 18 years old, was beaten up when he was caught carrying out a sexual assault on a 11 year old.

Raymond Frolander, 18, was beaten up when he was caught carrying out a sexual assault on an 11-year-old Daytona Beach Police said.

A man who was beaten by the father of a child he was caught sexually abusing has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Raymond Frolander, from Daytona Beach, Florida, was beaten until he was unconscious and left with clear facial injuries after he was found abusing the 11-year-old boy last year.

The father called police after administering his own punishment.

Frolander, who was 18 at the time, was found by officers lying in a pool of his own blood.

According to a 911 recording, the unnamed father told the operator: “I just walked in and found a grown man molesting (my child) and I got him in a bloody puddle for you right now.

“Send an ambulance. He is going to need one.”

The father ended the call by saying: “I did whatever I got a right to do, except I didn’t kill him.”

Frolander was charged with sexual battery on a victim under 12.

Speaking to investigators after the attack, the child said that he had been playing games with friends at the property; however, once those friends had left, Frolander began to sexually assault him.

The child also said that this had not been an isolated incident, and that Frolander had been abusing him since the age of eight.

According to Daytona Beach police Chief Mike Chitwood, Frolander was “almost like a family member” to his alleged victim and he had groomed his target for a period of time, having sex with the victim on multiple occasions.

The father was not charged with any crime.

Chitwood said the man was just “acting like a dad”, and he didn’t see anything to charge him with.

Asked whether he had any issues with the father’s actions, Chitwood said: “Not as a police chief and not as a father.”

Frolander took a deal to prevent a mandatory life sentence. However he will be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life and will have to wear a GPS monitor upon his release, NBC News affiliate Wesh reported.

After the sentence, the father told reporters at the station: “He’s going to learn in the next 25 years why I let him live.”

My comments:

This is where American Law and American Policing can be a lot more interesting than Australian Law and Australian Policing.

In the American Constitution there is a law that is still part of the American psyche from the pioneer days, over 300 years ago. That is, the right to bear arms and the right to defend one’s own property.

In America if someone is on someone else’s property for no good reason, such as to commit burglary, and they’re shot and killed, it is a legal defence to say that an intruder was on your property up to no good and you took them out.

In Australia, New Zealand or the UK, don’t try the same thing or you’ll end up in jail.

The Police in NSW, Australia, where I live, will charge you with murder.

In the case of brutal assault of a pedophile, the NSW Police would charge you with assault, lock you up, and take the pedophile to hospital. The pedophile is considered innocent until proven guilty, which is a process that could take years because the NSW Judicial and Jail System is falling apart and very over-crowded.

ANZ1’s brother Adam seriously considered travelling to Sydney and murdering Frank Houston.

Such are the feelings of rage about pedophilia that when someone is seriously abused, like victim ANZ1, family and friends can get very angry and want to take revenge.

In the early 70’s Frank was in Auckland and after a service he invited my brother back to his hotel to give him prayer time for his depression. The AOG at that time were always fixated with demons and Frank was sure that was the problem with my brother. 5 years later my brother told me what happened that night at the hotel room and how it shattered his belief in humanity and spirituality. I found it hard to believe that Frank was homosexual as he preached against it so much and often quoted the Apostle Paul’s rant on it.

My brother committed suicide a few years later and I do put a lot of the blame at Frank’s feet for that. For a few years after I was tempted to travel to Sydney and take his life.

It’s not uncommon for relatives and friends to feel this way after a crime, betrayal or sexual assault has occurred.

I’m glad Adam didn’t slay Frank Houston. Otherwise it’s possible Frank Houston might have been eulogised by his family, followers and supporters as a victim, or worse a martyr.

Even today there are multitudes of people out there who believe Frank Houston was, in Brian his son’s words, “A good man and a great evangelist who made a few mistakes”. I don’t know what Brian thinks now, if he thinks at all. I think he’s still in state of denial and shock.

At the criminal pedophile Frank Houston’s funeral, Hillsong City Senior Pastor Jonathan Wilson said to the assembled media outside, “Frank Houston made some mistakes, but he was a great evangelist and a good friend”.

Pastor Jonathan Wilson is one of those suck-ups to Brian Houston and his corrupt family, who lives in a bubble with his head in the sand.

God always has his prophets and chasers.

John the Baptist called out the many sins of King Herod. He was living with Herodias, who was his brother Philip’s wife, and he committed many other sins. Later, after he murdered John the Baptist, he even murdered several of his sons and went mad.

“So with many other exhortations he preached the gospel to the people. But when Herod the tetrarch was reprimanded by him because of Herodias, his brother’s wife, and because of all the wicked things which Herod had done, Herod also added this to them all: he locked John up in prison”.

The prophet Samuel called out the sins of King Saul.

Sometimes a brave, courageous and very godly man or woman of God, who has put incredible efforts into a prophetic calling, isn’t honoured in his own lifetime.

Pastor Philip Powell died this year.

From the 1970s, Pastor Philip Powell went after the pedophile Frank Houston like a bloodhound on the scent of a fox.

Frank Houston was the founder of the Hillsong organisation.

It was founded in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs in 1977.

Pastor Philip Powell had overwhelming evidence that the criminal pedophile Frank Houston had committed pedophile acts on at least seven New Zealand children. He wouldn’t have known about Royal Commission victim AHA and Wellington New Zealand victim WNZ1.

The prophet Pastor Philip Powell knew about the 15 year old boy Peter Fowler from Lower Hutt AoG, who went public about being abused in the 1970s, and he knew about the 6 Lower Hutt ten year old victims, who were known about by all fifty plus AoG pastors in New Zealand because of a letter sent out to them by the Executive of the New Zealand AoG.

Pastor Philip Powell was a very respected AoG pastor before the criminal pedophile Frank Houston, the criminal pedophile Pastor Jim Williams and the church pillager and rapist Pastor Brian Houston, sidelined him and forced him to sign as an AoG pastor,in disgust.

Other very corrupt leading Australian AoG pastors were complicit in the side-lining and forced removal of the prophet Pastor Philip Powell, including Pastor Keith Ainge, the Australian AoG General Secretary at the time, and Pastor John McMartin, who lied through his teeth at the Royal commission, as did Keith Ainge.

John McMartin is the long-time corrupt head of the NSW AoG. The Australian AoG is now called the Australian Christian Churches.

He may be charged with not reporting and sheltering a pedophile, the criminal pedophile Frank Houston, along with Brian Houston, the Head Shelterer of his totally corrupt dad. As may Bobbie Houston, Keith Ainge and George Aghajanian, the Hillsong Business Manager.

Pastor Brian Houston, Frank Houston’s son, and the current head of Hillsong International, must have known earlier then 1998/ 1999 that his father was a pedophile. Brian was the head of the Australian AoG for over a decade.

Prior to this Brian was on the Executive of the Australian Assemblies of God for a long time. I couldn’t find a date on-line but from some time in the 1980s.

If all the AoG Pastors in New Zealand knew Frank Houston was a pedophile from the 1980s, it is impossible Brian didn’t know too, given Brian is from New Zealand, and Pastor Jim Williams, another pedophile, and a former New Zealand AoG Superintendent, is his spiritual godfather. In fact, when Jim Williams moved to Australia because he’d been shamed numerous times for adultery and banned by the NZ AoG, Brian welcomed him to Australia. Either Brian is naive or he is in some way collusive in sheltering and protecting more pedophiles and adulterers than only his dad.

This is a historical pattern of the leadership of both the Australian and New Zealand AoG, as it is a pattern of the leadership of most Christian Churches world-wide. They have their own agenda and are always out to protect their own and to protect their own reputation.

Early life and ministry

Philip was born in Wales in 1939. His late father, Stanley Lewis Powell (1911–98), was an Assemblies of God (AOG) pastor. He migrated to New Zealand in 1951 with his Welsh parents, sister and brother. He has been a preacher of the Gospel since the age of 14.

He received his theological training at The Commonwealth Bible College, New Farm, Brisbane, Australia from 1957 to 1959.

He has served the church throughout his working life as follows:-

He has been a critic of the business activities of some of Australia’s large pentecostal churches and has been interviewed by media outlets about this issue.

Powell is the pastor of a local church, Christian Witness Ministries Fellowship. in Brisbane, Australia. He also runs an annual national conference for CWM and carries out an itinerant faith ministry.

My comments:

In the early 1980s, Philip Powell began sending faxes to Christian Life Centres (CLC) offices, which were located in the main CLC Church building on the ground floor on the corner of Goulburn and Riley Streets, Darlinghurst.

CLC Darlinghurst was the first name for Hillsong.

I read one of these faxes in 1983 because I was working at the church for 18 months doing building works.

The faxes were sent at night so when the staff came into the Administrative Office of CLC Darlinghurst, any one of them might pick in off the in-tray.

They accused Frank Houston of sexually assaulting children and gave specific details of various assaults.

I asked Frank Houston about these faxes and he replied that Philip Powell was jealous of him and he was a trouble-maker making up lies about his flourishing ministry.

These faxes continued to be sent by Philip Powell from the early 1980s until the 1990s, when Frank Houston finally admitted to being a pedophile following a two year investigation of multiple pedophile accusations. Pastor John Lewis, who was a senior member of the AoG Executive at the time, carried out the investigation. After a two year investigation John Lewis recommended Frank Houston be banned for life as an AoG pastor.

Frank Houston’s reaction was that he was retiring anyway and there was no point in going on about it. The whole ban was bogus and Frank Houston continued to pray for people and prophecy over people in Canberra and other places. His wife Hazel went around with him and there were moves afoot to “restore him”, like Pat Mesiti.

Pastor Philip Powell was instrumental in harassing the criminal pedophile Frank Houston for three decades from the 1970s to the 1990s and finally getting to admit he was a life-long pedophile.

Pastor Philip Powell’s  actions, and Pastor Barbara Taylor’s actions in persisting to voice her godly concerns about boy victim AHA, are the two main reasons, among many, that Frank Houston finally was exposed to the world and died in the greatest shame.
