“Pastor” Frank Houston was a pedophile who used Christian ministry as a cloak, disguise and instrument to access little boys and young males.

Like a wolf in sheep’s clothing, Frank thought it was the perfect disguise to access his prey. This is a common tactic of pedophiles.

Frank Houston groomed good, trusting, wholesome New Zealand and Australian Christian families, then secretly accessed, assaulted and sexually abused their innocent, young boys.

Frank Houston’s preferred pedophile victims were little boys and young males. So by clinical psychological definition he was a pedophile. A pedophile sexually abuses children aged under 13, even babies.

In his criminal pedophile mind, Frank Houston calculated that being a Christian pastor provided the safest and easiest access to innocent little Christian boys.

Innocent little boys and young males were the object of his evil pedophile desires.

Christian ministry provided ongoing access to children, with the least chance of being caught out.

Nor were there child protections such as police clearances, as common procedural practice, prior to people being employed in fields where children could easily be accessed and sexually abused.

And even today, after all the scandals of the past 25 years in all Christian denominations, Christian pastors, except Roman Catholic priests, are still some of the most trusted people in society.

This is a projection of mine based on an enormous body of evidence I’ve collected on Frank Houston. Everything is published on this site except private conversations, mainly by email, with various victims, their supporters and others. But there is little I know that will help the reader understand Frank Houston, Brian Houston and the Hillsong organisation that I haven’t shared on this site.

The known victims of this out-of-control pedophile spree conducted by the pedophile Frank Houston in the 1940s to 1970s included at least 17 known boys aged 7 to 12. In reality hundreds, if not thousands of little boys

There were at least six known boy victims when Frank was pastor at Lower Hutt AOG.

During the 1960s and 1970s, Frank Houston sexually abused WNZ1 (my code name), now known to be Brett Sengstock.

Frank Houston sexually abused at least two other boys at a home bible group he was leading in another Wellington suburb.

The Bible study was being held in WNZ1’s parent’s home. David Cowdrey has recently gone public saying he’s that boy victim. The boys were aged about 11. He snuck down the corridor into WNZ1’s bedroom, pretending be going to use the bathroom, and sexually abused him in his childhood bed.

In 1971 and 1972, Frank Houston sexually abused SA1 (my code name) and at least two to three other little boys at Klemzeig Assemblies of God (AoG) Youth Camps at Cudlee Creek near Adelaide South Australia.

SA1 wrote in his statement to the Australian Royal Commission into Child Abuse that the epicentre of the sexual abuse of little boys was the male toilet block. I organised SA1 to contact them. He contacted me in 2012.

SA1 saw Frank Houston come out of a toilet block with another boy. Frank Houston had his trousers open and had an erection.

It is likely that there were numerous little boys sexually abused by Frank Houston at these AOG Youth Camps at Cudlee Creek in 1971 and 1972.

In the early 1970s, Frank sexually abused teen ANZ1 (my code name) at a hotel room in Auckland, New Zealand. He lured him there on the pretext of helping ANZ1 with some problems. Then he sexually abused him. ANZ1 later suicided because of the negative impact of this sexual abuse by the pedophile Frank Houston on his life.

In the 1970s, Frank Houston sexually abused Peter Fowler who was aged 15, while head pastor at Lower Hutt AOG and head of the New Zealand AOG. This abuse occurred in a motel room. I don’t know how he got Peter there. Frank would have thought of a way to lure him there.

In the late 1960s and early 1970s the pedophile Frank Houston sexually abused Royal Commission boy victim AHA (Brett Sengstock) at Brett’s parent’s apartment in Coogee Beach Sydney. Frank was an honoured guest of Brett’ss parents. A famous evangelist who they felt privileged to host.

These are only the victims we know about. The tip of the iceberg.

By 1965, the pedophile Frank Houston, who was using the Christian ministry as a cloak for his pedophile activities, was now way too far in to go back. Frank had to continue his pretence and act as a Christian pastor until the bitter end.

By 1977, when Frank moved his family to Sydney, Australia from Wellington, New Zealand, he was a criminal pedophile on the run.

In Sydney, Frank shared with everyone that God gave him a vision of the souls of Sydney like wheat-fields swaying in the breeze ripe for harvest. The souls of men waiting for the Christian evangelist Frank Houston.

It wasn’t the souls of men he had in mind. I believe by conjecture that his purpose for going to Sydney was four-fold.

Firstly to escape the heat of protests to police about his pedophilia attacks on little boys and young males in New Zealand in the 1960s and 1970s.

Secondly, Frank chose Darlinghurst because he thought he’d fit in well there unnoticed amongst all the gays and deviancy there.

Thirdly, Frank knew that in Darlinghurst he could visit gay brothels where young males were available, When he couldn’t find fresh victims. I’m truly sorry to put it this way but lesbians and homosexuals have a term for it: “fresh meat”. In fact, to many homosexuals and lesbians, it’s the thrill of the chase and the challenge of initiating the uninitiated, that really turns them on.

Many heterosexual males also enjoy “the thrill of the chase”. This is a sad aspect of the fallen human condition.

The fourth reason Frank chose Darlinghurst was because he was already under attack from the conservative and wise Australian Assemblies of God establishment who’d heard Frank Houston had committed pedophile offences in New Zealand from the Executive of the New Zealand AOG and they didn’t want a deviate pedophile pastor in their midst. So they excluded him.

Undeterred the criminal pedophile Frank Houston chose a Sydney suburb where there was no AOG Church. Frank distanced himself from his attackers and accused them of being territorial and jealous. I heard him talk like this in the 1980s at CLC Darlinghurst about the AOG establishment in Australia.

In fact, in the pedophile Frank Houston’s territory anyone who questioned him about his authority and leadership, and especially about pedophile allegations, was swiftly and aggressively shown the door.

This modus operandi had been adopted throughout his life by his son Pastor Brian Houston. Any dissenters at Hillsong are quickly shown the door. At Hillsong there’s an “Us and Them” mentality, which is a very immature psychological paradigm to conduct life.

By 1980, Frank Houston was now under incredible attack. The prophet Pastor Philip Powell was out to expose the pedophile Frank Houston to the world. He’d been hounding him since the late 1970s. In the 1980s he really turned up the temperature of his attacks.

The pedophile Frank Houston’s response was to go all out and build as big a defence fortress as possible.

Frank decided “to grow” Christian Life Centre (CLC) Darlinghurst into a mega-church.

The pedophile Frank Houston shared with the congregation at CLC Darlinghurst that he had a vision for over 100 churches, all connected to CLC Darlinghurst.

He went all out to raise up as many young men as possible as preachers and evangelists. Frank knew that the more young men who believed in him, the more they’d defend him. And this was the case.

Gary Canham- now a pastor in Victoria, Sean Stanton- now on the ACC Executive and a pastor in the ACT, Australia, Trevor King, Geoff Bullock, Peter Laughton- who was seriously sexually abused by the pedophile and homosexual Frank Houston in his early 20s in the early 1980s, his son Brian- current Head of Hillsong International, Terry Appel- now a pastor in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Paul de Jong- Head Pastor of Life Church, Auckland, New Zealand, Tony Venn-Brown, Pat Mesiti- Tony Venn-Brown’s assistant, Laurie Murphy- pastor of Hillsong Glebe Outreach Church, and a friend of mine since 1981, Phil Thwaites and many others. I’m not aware of anyone else in leadership at CLC Darlinghurst who was sexually abused by the pedophile and homosexual Frank Houston apart from Peter Laughton. A Christian pyramid scheme whereby the currency is cash and the souls of men are traded with abandon and without control.

Hillsong, the juggernaut that the pedophile Frank Houston created when he birthed Hillsong, in liaison with Lucifer, is getting more and more out-of-control each day.

One day it will fall apart and collapse.

In fact, both Satan and Frank Houston want it to.

Firstly to escape the heat of protests to police about his pedophilia attacks on little boys and young males in New Zealand in the 1960s and 1970s.

Secondly, Frank chose Darlinghurst because he thought he’d fit in well there unnoticed amongst all the gays and deviancy there.

Thirdly, Frank knew that in Darlinghurst he could visit gay brothels where young males were available, When he couldn’t find fresh victims. I’m truly sorry to put it this way but lesbians and homosexuals have a term for it: “fresh meat”. In fact, to many homosexuals and lesbians, it’s the thrill of the chase and the challenge of initiating the uninitiated, that really turns them on.

Many heterosexual males also enjoy “the thrill of the chase”. This is a sad aspect of the fallen human condition.

The fourth reason Frank chose Darlinghurst was because he was already under attack from the conservative and wise Australian Assemblies of God establishment who’d heard Frank Houston had committed pedophile offences in New Zealand from the Executive of the New Zealand AOG and they didn’t want a deviate pedophile pastor in their midst. So they excluded him.

Undeterred the criminal pedophile Frank Houston chose a Sydney suburb where there was no AOG Church. Frank distanced himself from his attackers and accused them of being territorial and jealous. I heard him talk like this in the 1980s at CLC Darlinghurst about the AOG establishment in Australia.

In fact, in the pedophile Frank Houston’s territory anyone who questioned him about his authority and leadership, and especially about pedophile allegation, was swiftly and aggressively shown the door.

This modus operandi had been adopted throughout his life by his son Pastor Brian Houston. Any dissenters at Hillsong are quickly shown the door. At Hillsong there’s an “Us and them” mentality, which is a very immature psychological attitude to have in life.

By 1980, Frank Houston was now under incredible attack. The prophet Pastor Philip Powell was out to expose the pedophile Frank Houston to the world. He’d been hounding him since the late 1970s. In the 1980s he really turned up the temperature of his attacks.

The pedophile Frank Houston’s response was to go all out and build as big a defence fortress as possible.

Frank decided “to grow” Christian Life Centre (CLC) Darlinghurst into a mega-church.

He went all out to raise up as many young men as possible as preachers and evangelists. Frank knew that the more young men who believed in him, the more they’d defend him. And this was the case.

I’m not aware of anyone else in leadership at CLC Darlinghurst who was sexually abused by the pedophile and homosexual Frank Houston apart from Peter Laughton. Dave Sayers and I were homosexually abused by Frank Houston in a low-level way in two separate incidents, but it was still ugly and still criminal assault and criminal abuse.

Hillsong do this in limited ways to make themselves look good and worthy, but, as I have shown many times, Hillsong church is just a cash-cow for the Houstons, their off-spring and the Hillsong pastors to milk. A Christian pyramid scheme whereby the currency is cash and the souls of men are traded with abandon and without control.

In fact the juggernaut the pedophile Frank Houston created when he birthed Hillsong, in liaison with Lucifer, is getting more and more out-of-control each day.

One day it will fall apart and collapse.

Frank Houston the founder of Hillsong mega-church similarly used the Christian ministry as a cover to sexually abuse over four hundred little boys in his lifetime.

Frank Houston confessed to the minimum he had to and didn’t admit to much.

He left it to people like me to fill in the blanks from my own first-hand knowledge of Hillsong, the testimony of the players involved in Frank Houston’s circle, the testimony of Hillsong insiders and the testimony of victims who are now aged in their 50s and 60s.

I found out recently from a reliable source that Hazel Houston, Frank Houston’s wife knew about her husband’s sexual abuse of little boys a long time ago, probably from very early in his ‘Christian ministry’. In this way she is culpable and complicit in his hundreds of crimes against little boys and young male teens.

Hazel Houston also sheltered and protected her husband Frank from the NSW and New Zealand Police for many decades.

Pastor Brian Houston (in 2000 to a boy sex abuse victim of his father Frank Houston, who was abused in Australia from age 7 to 12): “You tempted my father so he abused you”. Countries like Malaysia need to introduce child protection laws, policies and child education about pedophilia

Sadly child sexual abuse, incest and other forms of child abuse like physical violence towards children and child slavery have been going on for thousands of years.

There are some very dark sins and impulses in fallen mankind.

The thing about pedophiles is that they’re such deviates and so addicted to child sexual abuse that if one door closes they’ll open another.

For example, Thailand has long been a favourite hunting ground for deviates. The Thai authorities for a long time did nothing about it.

I’ve been to Malaysia many times. My father was the minister (pastor) at St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Kuala Lumpur for eight years in the 1980s.

St Andrews is an ex-patriate church which is open to all Protestant denominations and hosts mainly foreign executives for oil companies, building companies and similar organisations who are working in Malaysia. Normally the long-term ex-patriate workers have their families with them in Malaysia.

There are very developed child protection and child education programs available in Western countries like Australia and the UK.

It would be greatly beneficial for Malaysia and other Asian and similar countries to get hold of such legislation and child protection and child education programs on pedophilia.

Pedophilia is an ancient and prevalent problem all over the planet.

At the moment Australia is trying to extradite from Israel a female Jewish high school school teacher Malka Leifer.

It was reported this week that she has been granted a stay of extradition by an Israeli Judge on the grounds of mental health. She says she gets panic attacks about going to Court and can’t fly to Australia to face charges. A Israeli doctor has backed her. Probably a doctor fro the Jewish sect she belongs to.

The Australian authorities are determined to extract her. She sexually abused many Australian girls in Melbourne.

 

Former principal at Adass Israel School in Melbourne, Malka Leifer, is expected to be extradited from Israel to face sexual abuse charges at some time in the future.

It is thought Richard Huckle may have abused up to 200 children over a decade, as Angus Crawford reports

A British man has been given 22 life sentences after admitting 71 charges of sex abuse against children in Malaysia aged from six months to 12 years old.

Police believe Richard Huckle, 30, from Ashford, Kent, abused up to 200 children from mainly poor communities.

The Old Bailey judge described a 60-page paedophile manual Huckle wrote as a “truly evil document” and said he must serve at least 23 years in jail.

A woman in the public gallery shouted: “1,000 deaths is too good for you”.

In online posts, Huckle had bragged: “Impoverished kids are definitely much easier to seduce than middle-class Western kids.”

Commenting on one of his victims, he boasted: “I’d hit the jackpot, a 3yo girl as loyal to me as my dog and nobody seemed to care.”
‘Such a scale’

He presented himself as a practising Christian and first visited Malaysia on a teaching gap year when he was 18 or 19. He then went on to groom children while doing voluntary work.

The BBC has learned that the National Crime Agency (NCA) only contacted two churches Huckle attended in Kent and London – which cannot be identified for legal reasons – last week, almost 18 months after Huckle was first arrested.

It says it has now referred that aspect of its investigation to the Independent Police Complaints Commission to see if it could have improved its response.

Judge Peter Rook QC said Huckle’s sentence reflected the “public abhorrence” over his “campaign of rape”.

He said: “It is very rare indeed that a judge has to sentence sexual offending by one person on such a scale as this.”

He added that Huckle’s life “revolved around your obsession with your own sexual gratification by child sex abuse”.

“It is also clear that, had you not been arrested, you planned to continue the same lifestyle using the expertise that you were keen to show off to and share with other abusers so as to continue your sexual exploitation of the children of such communities,” he said.

The freelance photographer admitted the offences, which took place between 2006 and 2014.

 

‘Borders are no barrier’

Investigators found more than 20,000 indecent pictures and videos of his assaults on children, which were shared with paedophiles worldwide through a website hidden in the so-called dark web.

He even tried to make a business out of his abuse by crowd-funding the release of the images and was compiling a paedophile’s manual at the time of his arrest by the NCA in December 2014.

Australian police, who traced Huckle, also suspected 17 other British men of using the same websites.

Five of those have now been convicted, two have killed themselves, and five have been arrested and are on bail, the NCA said.

One of the men is still being investigated, no further action was taken in one case, and in the final three cases, the NCA said investigators were “unable to resolve IP [internet protocol] data”.

Ahead of his sentencing, Huckle claimed to a psychiatrist that he wanted to put his “madness” behind him and settle down with a south Indian woman.

But the court was shown a posting from 2013 in which he outlined his plan to marry one of his victims in order to help him abuse more children.

Judge Rook said: “In my view, you may well harbour feelings of regret but there is no feeling of genuine remorse in this case.”

James Traynor from the NCA’s child exploitation and online protection command said Huckle had “deliberately travelled to a part of the world where he thought he could abuse vulnerable children without being caught”.

“He spent several years integrating himself into the community in which he lived, making himself a trusted figure. But he abused that trust in the worst possible way.”

The NCA was able to use legislation that allows UK nationals to be prosecuted in the UK for offences that have been committed overseas.

“The NCA worked to track down Huckle and end his prolific abuse. Borders are no barrier – we are determined that those who go abroad to abuse children will be held to account,” he added.

I was reading a few articles on Hillsong-C3 watch site. There was a comment by a lady who lives in Hawaii about Hillsong. She commented how Hillsong were doing a musical show there for Christmas and how it was sold out for two nights. She was enquiring about Hillsong.

I set her straight about Hillsong. There is such a need to let people know.

Brian was married to Bobbie at the time. I always wanted to know what Brian was looking at. Was it one of those hot Bondi or Tamarama international models walking along the footpath of Bondi Road? Hillsong has such great power. Even independent Christian bookshops like the highly successful Koorong Bookshop in Sydney bow and scrape to Hillsong. A staff member at Koorong recently told me they don’t have stock of Brian’s book, “You need more money” because Hillsong requested it be removed.

 

 

Koorong would be making a lot of cash out of Hillsong books, DVDs and other product.

Graham Richardson, the former Australian Labour Party politician and now media commentator, recently interviewed Brian on his Sky News program “Richo and Jones”.

Graham Richardson quoted to Brian that Hillsong has the highest music CD and DVD sales in Australia, including secular music. He commented how amazing it was for a Christian church to dominate secular commercial music in this way.

Brian was aware of Hillsong’s success with its hits and its music industry successes.

After all Brian is the Executive Producer of every DVD sold and personally takes a cut of 1.5 percent on every sale. It may be 3 per cent but it used to be 1.5 per cent in 1990.

Taking royalties and commissions on Christian worship is a great sin before Almighty God. It’s stealing from the Holy of Holies- the most sacred place in the universe.

This is why Hillsong needs to be spoken against and brought down. It’s another Great Apostasy of old.

Being “Pastors”. Big-noting themselves. “I’m the son of the great Brian Houston”- Joel and Ben Houston. A sickening sense of entitlement and out-of-control egos.

All Presbyterian ministers in New Zealand in the 1950s were required to have a BD from Knox Theological Seminary in New Zealand.

Many Charismatics and Pentecostals have criticised Protestant Theological Colleges throughout the world. They call them derogatory names like “Theological Cemeteries”. How unkind.

When you look at the carnage caused by Christian pastors in the New Zealand and Australian Pentecostal and Charismatic movements in the past 50 years, better training would have helped.

There are shortcomings and faults with every institution and many great men and women of God like Smith Wigglesworth, John G Lake and Katherine Kulman, have lacked a theological training. Its a big subject and a broad topic for debate.

In dad’s day, and its the same in most Protestant Theological Colleges today, a BD not only involved advanced Theological study but being conversant in Hebrew and Biblical Greek, which is different from the modern Greek language.

Then dad went to Princeton and completed a ThM majoring in pastoral care.

My father was a prodegy. I don’t write this lightly. At a little school in the tiny country village of Hunua, South-East Auckland, the teachers recognised my father’s extreme intellect and talents. In my whole life I haven’t meet anyone smarter and wiser.

When I listen to Barrack Obama, who was the first African American to be President of the Harvard Law school, and is the first black President, I feel I’m listening to someone of my father’s level.

Incidentally “black” is not a derogatory term for “African Americans” in America, but it is in Australia, only because “black” has been used as a derogatory term in Australia for the Australian indigenous people, the Aboriginal.

The US Secretary of State John Kerry is a similarly very wise, intelligent and measured man.

We’re very fortunate to have had men like these leading America for the past seven years.

Hilary Clinton is a slightly liberal, from a Biblical Christian point of view, but she would make a good President.

I found out recently from a reliable source that Hazel Houston, Frank Houston’s wife knew about her husband’s sexual abuse of little boys a long time ago, probably from very early in his ‘Christian ministry’. In this way she is culpable and complicit in his hundreds of crimes against little boys and young male teens.

Hazel Houston also sheltered and protected her husband Frank from the NSW and New Zealand Police for many decades.

Sadly child sexual abuse, incest and other forms of child abuse like physical violence towards children and child slavery have been going on for thousands of years.

I’ve been to Malaysia many times. My father was the minister (pastor) at St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Kuala Lumpur for eight years in the 1980s.

St Andrews is an ex-patriate church which is open to all Protestant denominations and hosts mainly foreign executives for oil companies, building companies and similar organisations who are working in Malaysia. Normally the long-term ex-patriate workers have their families with them in Malaysia.

There are very developed child protection and child education programs available in Western countries like Australia and the UK.

It would be greatly beneficial for Malaysia and other Asian and similar countries to get hold of such legislation and child protection and child education programs on pedophilia.

She says she gets panic attacks about going to Court and can’t fly to Australia to face charges. A Israeli doctor has backed her. Probably a doctor fro the Jewish sect she belongs to.

The Australian authorities are determined to extract her. She sexually abused many Australian girls in Melbourne.

 

Former principal at Adass Israel School in Melbourne, Malka Leifer, is expected to be extradited from Israel to face sexual abuse charges at some time in the future.

It is thought Richard Huckle may have abused up to 200 children over a decade, as Angus Crawford reports

A British man has been given 22 life sentences after admitting 71 charges of sex abuse against children in Malaysia aged from six months to 12 years old.

Police believe Richard Huckle, 30, from Ashford, Kent, abused up to 200 children from mainly poor communities.

The Old Bailey judge described a 60-page paedophile manual Huckle wrote as a “truly evil document” and said he must serve at least 23 years in jail.

A woman in the public gallery shouted: “1,000 deaths is too good for you”.

In online posts, Huckle had bragged: “Impoverished kids are definitely much easier to seduce than middle-class Western kids.”

Commenting on one of his victims, he boasted: “I’d hit the jackpot, a 3yo girl as loyal to me as my dog and nobody seemed to care.”

‘Such a scale’

He presented himself as a practising Christian and first visited Malaysia on a teaching gap year when he was 18 or 19. He then went on to groom children while doing voluntary work.

The BBC has learned that the National Crime Agency (NCA) only contacted two churches Huckle attended in Kent and London – which cannot be identified for legal reasons – last week, almost 18 months after Huckle was first arrested.

It says it has now referred that aspect of its investigation to the Independent Police Complaints Commission to see if it could have improved its response.

Judge Peter Rook QC said Huckle’s sentence reflected the “public abhorrence” over his “campaign of rape”.

He said: “It is very rare indeed that a judge has to sentence sexual offending by one person on such a scale as this.”

He added that Huckle’s life “revolved around your obsession with your own sexual gratification by child sex abuse”.

“It is also clear that, had you not been arrested, you planned to continue the same lifestyle using the expertise that you were keen to show off to and share with other abusers so as to continue your sexual exploitation of the children of such communities,” he said.

The freelance photographer admitted the offences, which took place between 2006 and 2014.

 

‘Borders are no barrier’

Investigators found more than 20,000 indecent pictures and videos of his assaults on children, which were shared with paedophiles worldwide through a website hidden in the so-called dark web.

He even tried to make a business out of his abuse by crowd-funding the release of the images and was compiling a paedophile’s manual at the time of his arrest by the NCA in December 2014.

Australian police, who traced Huckle, also suspected 17 other British men of using the same websites.

Five of those have now been convicted, two have killed themselves, and five have been arrested and are on bail, the NCA said.

One of the men is still being investigated, no further action was taken in one case, and in the final three cases, the NCA said investigators were “unable to resolve IP [internet protocol] data”.

Ahead of his sentencing, Huckle claimed to a psychiatrist that he wanted to put his “madness” behind him and settle down with a south Indian woman.

But the court was shown a posting from 2013 in which he outlined his plan to marry one of his victims in order to help him abuse more children.

Judge Rook said: “In my view, you may well harbour feelings of regret but there is no feeling of genuine remorse in this case.”

James Traynor from the NCA’s child exploitation and online protection command said Huckle had “deliberately travelled to a part of the world where he thought he could abuse vulnerable children without being caught”.

“He spent several years integrating himself into the community in which he lived, making himself a trusted figure. But he abused that trust in the worst possible way.”

The NCA was able to use legislation that allows UK nationals to be prosecuted in the UK for offences that have been committed overseas.

“The NCA worked to track down Huckle and end his prolific abuse. Borders are no barrier – we are determined that those who go abroad to abuse children will be held to account,” he added.

I have come to the conclusion from the evidence I’ve compiled over many years and from my experience from 1981 to 2000 as an attender of Hillsong, in the 1980s as a senior Hillsong lay pastor, and especially since hearing boy victim AHA’s testimony, that the Frank Houston was a lifelong secret pedophile who used the Christian ministry to access little boys and young teens and sexually assault them, sometimes in horrific ways.

In 2000 the pedophile Frank Houston aged 60 embarked on a four year homosexual affair with his young 20 year old worship leader Peter Laughton.

Involvement with a 20 year old male was an exception to Frank Houston’s secret pedophile activities although there is evidence of countless masked homosexual encounters by Frank Houston over his whole lifetime with males over the age of homosexual consent which is 18 in most Western countries.

Pastor Frank Houston was for decades the Head of, firstly the New Zealand, and later a prominent leader in the Australian AOG (Assemblies of God) denominations. By the time he confessed to secret pedophile crimes at age 79 he was revered across the Australian and New Zealand Assemblies of God movements. The truth is he was a rotten pedophile all that time- for many decades- probably since he teens.

The The Assemblies of God (AOG) is a Protestant denomination which started in the early 20th century in America and has spread across the planet. Its emphasis is on the Holy Spirit and the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit, like faith, healing and speaking in tongues.

A Protestant denomination is a denomination (international church organisation) whose origins are in “Protesting” against the Church of Rome.

Protesting, often at the greatest risk to their lives, against the Roman Catholic Church’s errant doctrines, its power, its Popes, its Bishops, its mercenary Jesuits of old- and its domination and blood-letting and martyrdom of true believers throughout the world- for over 1700 years until modern times.

If you think I’m exaggerating then google “The Waldenses” who were Protestants the Church of Rome genocided in parts of France in the 16th century or “The Covenanters” who the Church of Rome hunted and wiped out in 17th century Scotland.

The Jesuit mercenaries and Papist rulers of England desecrated their bodies after death and threw their corpses on rubbish tips as a warning to a fearful populace.

These were brave men who gave their lives for the cause of Christ.

A two-year investigation of pedophile allegations going back to the 1960s, ordered by his own son, Pastor Brian Houston, and conducted by a prominent Australian AOG clergy, Pastor John Lewis, found that the allegations were true. Frank Houston was banned for life from ever ministering in the AOG in Australia and New Zealand in December 1999.

Frank Houston’s life ended in shame in November 2004. He spent his last days with dementia. The burdens of his dark secrets were troubling his mind until the end.

 

 

I knew Frank Houston personally

This blog article is the first in a series of articles in which I will recall information, reflections and personal feelings on this gifted, strange and very tortured man, who I knew very well for two decades. Or at least I thought I did.

I worked closely with Frank through the decade of the 1980s as a builder doing building fit-out and renovations for Christian Life Centre (CLC), Darlinghurst, as Hillsong was known in the early days.

I was also a prominent and successful lay leader with ten home fellowship groups under my care, which I pioneered in the challenging Inner City of Sydney. I attended CLC again for a few years in the mid to late 1990s. I was there when Pastor Frank Houston got stood down and the whole organisation changed its name from Christian Life Centre to Hillsong in 2000.

The Australian Royal Commission, on 7 October 2014 at a Hearing in Sydney, revealed a witness AHA, who was abused in the Sydney suburb of Coogee when he was an innocent little boy aged 7 to 12 years old, in the late 60s and 70s.

It made me cry.

It was real bad stuff indeed.

It made me very angry, particularly since Pastor Brian Houston, the son of Pastor Frank Houston, like Pilate in the Bible who washed his hands of responsibility for Jesus prior to his death, has washed his hands of responsibility to help and care for the boy and teen victims of his dad’s abuse, who are now in their 50s and early 60s..

The Fourteen Known Boy and Young Teen Victims

The Royal Commission also mentioned six other little boy victims of Pastor Frank Houston in New Zealand in the 1960s. But there are many more.

I have been writing since September 2012 that there were six 10 year old boy victims of Frank Houston in Lower Hutt, New Zealand in the 1960s.

Here is my head count of child sex abuse victims of Frank Houston:

I have evidence of 14 or more mainly boy victims.

I have evidence of two teen victims, Peter Fowler, who went public in the 1970s with the encouragement of the now deceased prophet Pastor Philip Powell and teen victim ANZ1 (my code-name) who suicided.

From the testimony of the boy victims and the circumstantial evidence, I believe there were over four hundred victims of Frank Houston’s abuse. He confessed to Brian Houston, his son, in circa 1999, that he was very active as a pedophile, particularly in the 1960s and 1970s.

Here are the boy victims aged 7 to 12, and one teenager aged 15 years old:

1. Six 10 year old boys Pastor Frank Houston molested while Head Pastor of Lower Hutt Assemblies of God (AOG), Wellington, New Zealand in the 1960s, while at the same time, General Superintendent of the New Zealand AOG..

2. Sydney boy victim AHA, as above revealed on day one of Hillsong’s time at the Australian Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Sexual Abuse of Children on 7 October 2014.

This is a particularly sordid case of repeated child sexual abuse of a little 7 year old boy by Pastor Frank Houston which continued for 5 years.  I have covered this case in detail in my blogs on the Royal Commission starting on the 7 October 2014.

3. One 15 year old boy, Peter Fowler, in the Lower Hutt AOG, New Zealand. The Lower Hutt AOG paid out Peter, but it wasn’t much money.

4. At least 4 boy victims at Assemblies of God Church camps in South Australia in the early 1970s. See my blogs on victim SA1 (my code name for him) dated 16 and 17 October 2014. SA1 was aged 11 years old at the tie of the abuse.

5. One young man in Auckland, New Zealand, ANZ1 (my code-name) who suicided as a result of the abuse. He was in his late teens.

I sense there are a lot more New Zealand boy, pre-teen and teen male victims.

7. One boy aged 8 years old, in a suburb near Tawa, Wellington, New Zealand. My code name for him is WNZ1. The abuse was very similar to the Royal Commission victim AHA.

TOTAL: 14 and many more victims. Possibly 400 plus victims.

Brian Houston’s lies about the number of victims continues to this day

The official line of Hillsong Church and Pastor Brian Houston was that his father, Pastor William Francis “Frank” Houston only abused one boy in New Zealand 40 years ago.

This is the line that they held from the late 1990s to the Royal Commission in October 2014.

This is the view that was on their web-site for over a decade.

This is the view they have told the Sydney Morning Herald and other newspapers.

This view is totally inaccurate and a blatant lie by Brian Houston.

It emerged at the Royal Commission that Pastor Brian Houston has known that this official view was untrue and a lie all this time.

Folks we’ve been all been deceived.

What is still lacking from Frank’s son, Pastor Brian Houston and the Hillsong Movement, which Brian controls, is any real degree of honesty and openness about Frank Houston.

For example, why won’t Brian and the AOG release the official AOG report on Frank Houston’s pedophile activities?

Why didn’t Brian admit his father did numerous pedophile and homosexual acts, and not just one, like Brian portrayed for 14 years, until the Royal Commission exposed his lies? Why do Brian lie to us all? How can Brian lie like this and be a prominent Christian pastor?

 

 

Was Brian Houston sexually abused by his rampant pedophile father Frank?

And the question lingers, was Brian himself, or his brother Graeme, ever interfered with by his dad?

Maybe that’s too personal for Brian to admit, if anything occurred.

Or maybe he can’t remember.

These dark memories are normally suppressed and buried by the defence mechanisms of the human psyche.

Brian’s brother Graeme has refused to attend church since his teens. Why?

Further, were Brian and Graeme aware of the accusations against his father while he was a lad?

The pre-adolescent little boys Pastor Frank Houston sexually abused in Lower Hutt were Brian and Graeme’s age at the time.

Brian even stayed with his dad at AHA’s family home in Coogee, while his father lay on top of victim AHA all night and abused him for the week of their stay on one of the many visits. One can see why pedophile Frank Houston liked to go to Sydney and stay at AHA’s parent’s house. Disgusting.

It is interesting to note that victim AHA, who spoke anonymously at the Royal Commission, stated that Pastor Brian Houston accused victim AHA of tempting his dad and being the cause of all the trouble for his dad.

Pastor Brian Houston has denied this. I believe victim AHA because he sounded very honest and very coherent. Pastor Brian Houston hasn’t been honest about all this stuff for over 14 years.

The Royal Commission has also revealed how Hillsong, the AOG and Pastor Brian Houston have been heartless towards child abuse victims of Pastor Frank Houston and other AOG Pastor and leader pedophiles.

Since Peter Laughton, Pastor Frank Houston’s young worship leader, went public in 2007 about Frank’s abuse of him in the early 1980s, the Houston family have taken the line that Peter Laughton was a consenting male with their father Frank. In his early 20s at the time of his abuse in the early 1980s, Peter was over the age of consent which is 18 in Australia for consenting homosexual acts.

But is it ok before God for the most prominent AOG clergy in Australia and New Zealand, aged 58, to indulge in numerous sordid homosexual acts with his young worship leader?

At the time the homosexual liaison started Pastor Frank Houston was 58 and Peter was 20.

I fail to see how the Houston’s can dismiss this series of incidents with Peter Lawton so readily.

A reader of this site commented recently that he knew Frank Houston in the 1950s at Ellerslie AOG in Auckland, New Zealand. He wrote in a comment on this site that Pastor Frank Houston had fixation about male swimmers. There were some NZ Olympic swimmers training. A young Pastor Frank Houston used to go down to the local swimming pool to watch them training and perve on them.

At the Royal Commission, Pastor Brian Houston told the Commission that his dad had been abused by his father. In fact this is no secret because Pastor Frank use to share about this from the pulpit at Christian Life Centre in the 1980s.

Pastor Frank Houston openly shared how his dad was very mean to him and his mum. That his dad had an affair with the woman next door and other bad stuff. The ABC of Psychology says that people who were sexually abused as children often go on to sexually abuse children when they are older/ become adults. That’s a big subject.

In these interviews Peter speaks honestly and candidly about the homo-erotic activities Frank Houston led him to do. It’s interesting yet very sad reading.

Please bear in mind that Frank Houston was aged 58, and the most prominent AOG clergy at the time, and he was abusing a vulnerable and needy young man aged 20 who was his Church worship leader. Heavy stuff indeed.

 

The investigation and being caught

The release of the official AOG Report on Frank Houston’s pedophile activities is a document which would be helpful to the victims of Frank Houston’s pedophile activities. What is more important? Protecting Frank Houston’s legacy and reputation, the Houston name and Hillsong’s reputation, or allowing some healing and closure, not only to Frank’s numerous pedophile victims, but also to the countless others who were part of Christian Life Centre and Hillsong in the early days and who were deeply hurt and shattered by revelations of Frank’s secret activities.

Frank’s pedophile activities were not destined to remain a secret to his grave. By the late 90s the chorus of complaints was to become deafening. The AOG, and in particular, the then National Chief Executive Pastor Brian Houston, his son, were forced to investigate and do something about it.

Frank had recruited Pastor David Johnston from Los Angeles to found international Institute of Creative Ministries (IICM), a music, singing and dance Ministries School. David worked at Wesley College for decades since these times. David is a very talented pastor, violinist, composer and worship leader.

Trevor King was also there. Trevor now lives in Auckland,  New Zealand. Trevor is very talented on the piano and led the band and was the Music Pastor.

Geoff Bullock is another muso who owes his success to the Houstons. Unfortunately Geoff’s personal life became a train-wreck when his marriage fell over and his ministry has never recovered to the heights of his success under the Houstons. Particularly under Pastor Brian Houston.

Pastor Brian Houston is truly a king-maker.

So much talent. So many scandals. So much corruption. So much out-of-control decadence on every level.

I have come to the conclusion that Pastor Frank Houston is the worst Pentecostal Pastor in the history of the planet.

To do what Frank Houston did to little boys and teens all his lifetime, while maintaining the front of a holy man of God is the very gravest of sins known to mortal man.

Since I wrote this article in September 2012, and since the Royal Commission examined the Houstons and Hillsong, Simeon Beckett, the Royal Commission barrister, publicly recommend in December last year that Pastor Brian Houston be criminally charged by the NSW Police for not reporting and for sheltering a pedophile, his old life-long pedophile father, Pastor Frank Houston, the  founder of the Hillsong organisation.

In October last year the Royal Commission recommended Brian Houston for prosecution for pedophile protection crimes in its Findings.

Frank Houston the founder of Hillsong mega-church similarly used the Christian ministry as a cover to sexually abuse over four hundred little boys in his lifetime.

The pedophile Frank Houston confessed age 77 to sexually abusing little boys and young teens all his life.

Frank Houston confessed to the minimum he had to and didn’t admit to much.

He left it to people like me to fill in the blanks from my own first-hand knowledge of Hillsong, the testimony of the players involved in Frank Houston’s circle, the testimony of Hillsong insiders and the testimony of victims who are now aged in their 50s and 60s.

I found out recently from a reliable source that Hazel Houston, Frank Houston’s wife knew about her husband’s sexual abuse of little boys a long time ago, probably from very early in his ‘Christian ministry’. In this way she is culpable and complicit in his hundreds of crimes against little boys and young male teens.

Hazel Houston also sheltered and protected her husband Frank from the NSW and New Zealand Police for many decades.

Frank Houston told his son Brian, the current head pastor of Hillsong mega-church “that I was very active as a pedophile during the 1960s and 1970s”. This is when all known boy and teen victims were sexually abused.

The UK has laws whereby pedophiles and sex offenders can be arrested and charged for offences committed overseas.

This is good for countries like Thailand and also good for the home country because pedophiles will molest minors wherever they are.

Pedophiles have deep spiritual, psychological, mental and emotional needs to sexually gratify themselves with children and/ or teens.

Pedophiles can either be indiscriminate in their target demography for victims like say the UK celebrity extreme sexual deviate Jimmy Saville who abused anyone of any age and gender but mainly females or they target a certain demography, gender or racial type of child and/ or teen.

Cliff Richard has been investigated under Operation Yew and is currently waiting to see if hell be charged with sexually abusing at least two alleged male teen victims. One alleged victim was 15 when he alleges he was sexually abused by Cliff Richard at a Billy Graham Crusade. The Australian entertainer Rolf Harris, who has worked in the UK for decades, is in jail for sexual abuse offences against women including pedophilia offences against a 13 year old girl. Recently seven more charges were laid so at 84 he may spend the rest of his life in jail instead of in his riverside Thames home.

Frank Houston brought his family to Australia in 1977 to escape looming pedophile charges from the New Zealand Police.

Known boy victims AHA, SA1 and three or more other little boys in South Australia, WNZ1 and 6 Lower Hutt AOG victims were all aged 7 to 12 and were abused in the 1960s and 1970s.

Known teen victims Peter Fowler from Lower Hutt AOG was 15 and ANZ1 from Auckland, New Zealand who suicided as a direct result of Frank Houston’s abuse of him was in his late teens were abused in the 1970s.

I have established 12 boy and 2 teen victims.  A total of 14 known victims.

Brian recently told Leila McKinnon of Channel Nine’s ‘Inside Story’ in an extensive interview that he now believes there are six victims of his father Frank’s sexual abuse.

Evidence at the Royal Commission today. Pastor Brian Houston (in 2000 to a boy sex abuse victim of his father Frank Houston, who was abused in Australia from age 7 to 12): “You tempted my father so he abused you”. Victim AHA: “Did your father abuse you too?” Pastor Brian’s response. Brian got angry and slammed the phone down on the victim. God help those who are under Pastor Brian’s leadership. Brian probably knew there were at least six victims of his father Frank’s sexual abuse back in the 1960s when the six Lower Hutt boys were abused.

If you add on Brian and his older brother Graeme, who were probably abused too by their rampant ‘out-of-control’ secret pedophile father, then Brian knew of seven to eight victims back in the 1960s.

Brian knew of at least eight victims of his father’s abuse in 1999 when Brian says his father confessed. in 1999 Brian knew about boy victim AHA from Sydney, the Lower Hutt victims and probably himself and maybe his brother Graeme too.

Hazel Houston, Brian’s mother knew her husband was abusing little boys back in the 1960s. How could Brian not have known.

Countries like Malaysia need to introduce child protection laws, policies and child education about pedophilia

Sadly child sexual abuse, incest and other forms of child abuse like physical violence towards children and child slavery have been going on for thousands of years.

There are some very dark sins and impulses in fallen mankind.

The thing about pedophiles is that they’re such deviates and so addicted to child sexual abuse that if one door closes they’ll open another.

For example, Thailand has long been a favourite hunting ground for deviates. The Thai authorities for a long time did nothing about it.

Now that Thailand is starting to act on pedophiles they’re going to other countries like Malaysia where the pedophile Richard Huckle was active.

Indonesia has also tightened up and President Joko Widodo recently introduced laws whereby pedophiles and sex offenders can be executed for extreme crimes and chemically castrated.

Chemical castration is not the removal of genitalia with chemicals but the use of chemicals to suppress or nullify a person’s sex drive.

Countries like Malaysia need to educate their children about pedophilia.

I’ve been to Malaysia many times. My father was the minister (pastor) at St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Kuala Lumpur for eight years in the 1980s.

St Andrews is an ex-patriate church which is open to all Protestant denominations and hosts mainly foreign executives for oil companies, building companies and similar organisations who are working in Malaysia. Normally the long-term ex-patriate workers have their families with them in Malaysia.

There are very developed child protection and child education programs available in Western countries like Australia and the UK.

It would be greatly beneficial for Malaysia and other Asian and similar countries to get hold of such legislation and child protection and child education programs on pedophilia.

Pedophilia is an ancient and prevalent problem all over the planet.

Pedophiles are predominantly men although there are female pedophiles.

At the moment Australia is trying to extradite from Israel a female Jewish high school school teacher Malka Leifer.

It was reported this week that she has been granted a stay of extradition by an Israeli Judge on the grounds of mental health. She says she gets panic attacks about going to Court and can’t fly to Australia to face charges. A Israeli doctor has backed her. Probably a doctor fro the Jewish sect she belongs to.

The Australian authorities are determined to extract her. She sexually abused many Australian girls in Melbourne.

 

Former principal at Adass Israel School in Melbourne, Malka Leifer, is expected to be extradited from Israel to face sexual abuse charges at some time in the future.

A British man has been given 22 life sentences after admitting 71 charges of sex abuse against children in Malaysia aged from six months to 12 years old.

Police believe Richard Huckle, 30, from Ashford, Kent, abused up to 200 children from mainly poor communities.

The Old Bailey judge described a 60-page paedophile manual Huckle wrote as a “truly evil document” and said he must serve at least 23 years in jail.

A woman in the public gallery shouted: “1,000 deaths is too good for you”.

In online posts, Huckle had bragged: “Impoverished kids are definitely much easier to seduce than middle-class Western kids.”

Commenting on one of his victims, he boasted: “I’d hit the jackpot, a 3yo girl as loyal to me as my dog and nobody seemed to care.”
‘Such a scale’

He presented himself as a practising Christian and first visited Malaysia on a teaching gap year when he was 18 or 19. He then went on to groom children while doing voluntary work.

The BBC has learned that the National Crime Agency (NCA) only contacted two churches Huckle attended in Kent and London – which cannot be identified for legal reasons – last week, almost 18 months after Huckle was first arrested.

It says it has now referred that aspect of its investigation to the Independent Police Complaints Commission to see if it could have improved its response.

Judge Peter Rook QC said Huckle’s sentence reflected the “public abhorrence” over his “campaign of rape”.

He said: “It is very rare indeed that a judge has to sentence sexual offending by one person on such a scale as this.”

He added that Huckle’s life “revolved around your obsession with your own sexual gratification by child sex abuse”.

“It is also clear that, had you not been arrested, you planned to continue the same lifestyle using the expertise that you were keen to show off to and share with other abusers so as to continue your sexual exploitation of the children of such communities,” he said.

The freelance photographer admitted the offences, which took place between 2006 and 2014.

 

‘Borders are no barrier’

Investigators found more than 20,000 indecent pictures and videos of his assaults on children, which were shared with paedophiles worldwide through a website hidden in the so-called dark web.

He even tried to make a business out of his abuse by crowd-funding the release of the images and was compiling a paedophile’s manual at the time of his arrest by the NCA in December 2014.

Australian police, who traced Huckle, also suspected 17 other British men of using the same websites.

Five of those have now been convicted, two have killed themselves, and five have been arrested and are on bail, the NCA said.

One of the men is still being investigated, no further action was taken in one case, and in the final three cases, the NCA said investigators were “unable to resolve IP [internet protocol] data”.

Ahead of his sentencing, Huckle claimed to a psychiatrist that he wanted to put his “madness” behind him and settle down with a south Indian woman.

But the court was shown a posting from 2013 in which he outlined his plan to marry one of his victims in order to help him abuse more children.

Judge Rook said: “In my view, you may well harbour feelings of regret but there is no feeling of genuine remorse in this case.”

James Traynor from the NCA’s child exploitation and online protection command said Huckle had “deliberately travelled to a part of the world where he thought he could abuse vulnerable children without being caught”.

“He spent several years integrating himself into the community in which he lived, making himself a trusted figure. But he abused that trust in the worst possible way.”

The NCA was able to use legislation that allows UK nationals to be prosecuted in the UK for offences that have been committed overseas.

“The NCA worked to track down Huckle and end his prolific abuse. Borders are no barrier – we are determined that those who go abroad to abuse children will be held to account,” he added.

I never really recovered from what dad did to me. I read about it on earth. It’s called modelling. It was hard for me not to copy dad’s behaviour.

But my dark urges only got worse.

After I knew I couldn’t control these dark forces in me, I gave into them.

At first I tried to love God and love people, like Ray Bloomfield taught me, then I realised I didn’t give a damn. Sucked in again if you think I cared. It was all bull-shit and worse.

When I said I cared and offered friendship to boys and young men, I had other things in  mind.

I really went crazy with the whole pedophile thing in the 1960s and 1970s.

By then I was adored as a very successful and respected man of God: the perfect cover for all I had in mind.

As for Donald Elley of Bellingen, I did get the hots for him on that flight to Chile but he was a good sport. I knew that son of a bitch Donald Elley was after me after that so I was real careful not to cross the holy homosexual pedophile line with him. I didn’t want to lose my front teeth.
